Brighton and Hove Organic Gardening Group is delighted that Huw has agreed to lead an evening walk for our members and their friends to watch and learn about the swifts that return to Brighton and Hove to breed every year. Get tips on how to make a swift friendly garden. Hear about these amazing birds that make one of nature’s most incredible journeys, each year flying from the savannahs and forests of Africa to our city and back again – a round trip of at least 14,000 miles.
The walk is weather dependant – if the weather forecast is bad, we’ll contact you.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
All proceeds from the walk will be donated to Sussex Wildlife Trust.
