In line with our constitution, and further to our original notice sent in February, we are letting you as members know that we will be holding our rescheduled AGM Sunday 20th September 2020 at our organic plots on the Weald allotment site in Hove. Gather at 12 noon for a short meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes, simply to hold elections and adopt our accounts.

We do have vacancies and would love to welcome some new energy to our friendly and knowledgeable group. We meet 4 times a year as a committee plus the AGM and hold subgroup meetings concerning Comms & Events. We have recently met outdoors socially distanced and will likely meet online during the winter months.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact our Chair Jenni in the first instance. To be nominated you need to be a fully paid up BHOGG member and be proposed by another BHOGG member. Nomination forms can be requested from us by email. Nominations must be sent by 10th September 2020.
Any resolutions for adoption at the AGM must be sent to us no later than 20th August 2020. They must be signed by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be members of BHOGG. Our address is: Community Base, 113 Queen’s Road, BN1 3XG.
