We will be holding our AGM Sunday 22nd March 2020 at our organic plots on the Weald allotment site in Hove. Gather at 10.45am for an 11am meeting due to last about 15 minutes, followed by gardening on the plot until 1pm.

We do have vacancies and would love to welcome some new energy to our friendly and knowledgeable group. We meet 4 times a year as a committee plus the AGM and hold a sub group meeting concerning Comms. We usually meet at someone’s house, but we do pick a pub on occasion.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact our Chair Jenni in the first instance. To be nominated you need to be a fully paid up BHOGG member and be proposed by another BHOGG member. Nomination forms can be requested from us by email. Nominations must be sent by 22nd February 2020.
We will be sending out an agenda nearer the time. All resolutions for adoption at the AGM must be sent to us in writing at least one month before the date of the AGM. They must be signed by a proposer and signed by a seconder, both of whom must be members of BHOGG. Our address is: Community Base, 113 Queen’s Road, BN1 3XG.
Please come and support your group, find out what we achieved in 2019 and what our plans are for 2020. Stay after the meeting for some delicious food (bring something to share) and then get down to the best bit: some gardening with other like-minded volunteers.
